* Add technical analysis to forex menu

* Remove "stock" and "$" from the common ta charts

* Add tests for forex context

* Update forex custom reset functions

* Remove -t arg (ticker) insertion into other_args in forex controller

* Remove excluded command from forex ta help string

* Update test data
