* Adding Necessary files to fix the windows installer splash screen

* Bundle defaults json into project root location on mac

* Bundle linearmodels and statsmodels with pyinstaller on mac

* Tell dotenv to override defaults

* Fix a typo and add a "todo" in comments

* Explicitly silence bandit's false positives

* Fix typo
