chore(deploy): track mainnet compose files for ds-flash-chat suppliers 1-3

These were live on the box but never committed. Chat-session replicas of the deepseek-flash suppliers (OpenRouter deepseek-v4-flash, llm.chat.v1, ticket settle mode); secrets stay in the gitignored supplier/.env files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
