Subject: [PATCH] Add server.json for the official MCP Registry

Registry record for io.github.apex-fusion/vector: both hosted remotes
(streamable-http /mcp + legacy sse /sse) behind a network variable
(mainnet default, testnet choice), repository + docs links, 24-tool
keyless description.

Publish flow (after the public-access flip): mcp-publisher login github,
then mcp-publisher publish from the repo root. The registry requires the
remote URLs to be publicly accessible at publish time.
