FilipBl4gojevic	85d718dc14	fix(signer): allow .ts extension imports so tests are typechecked ... The signer's tsconfig includes test files, and they import source with an explicit .ts extension (which tsx resolves at runtime). Without this flag tsc exits 2, which fails the blocking typecheck gate in CI. Safe because noEmit is set; the alternative - excluding tests - would leave them unchecked.	2026-07-28 11:41:31 +02:00
FilipBl4gojevic	46e814b7ae	feat(signer): scaffold the package and enforce the no-network boundary ... The signer's security claim is that it cannot reach the network, not that it chooses not to. test/boundary.test.ts enforces that mechanically over both the import graph and the manifest.	2026-07-28 11:05:25 +02:00
