Release pipelines move to Xcode 27.1.0 in [squareup/buzz-releases#118](https://github.com/squareup/buzz-releases/pull/118), because mobuild CI images no longer install 27.0. This repo's GitHub CI uses `macos-latest` with no Xcode pin, so no workflow changes are needed. ## Testing - With Xcode 27.1 (27A9275) selected, a clean `flutter build ipa --release --no-codesign` of `mobile/` on main succeeded (`Buzz.xcarchive`, 95s).
