Merge origin/main 0a362eef into BUZZ-268

Main's #8635 rewrote the `test-unit` nextest filter; keep its new
`handlers::coalesced_refresh::tests` selector and this branch's
`destructive_fixture_rejects_shared_database_urls` selector. No new
migrations, so 0075 stands.
