Add `thinking_effort = ?cfg.thinking_effort` to the `llm: call completed` `tracing::info!` in `Llm::complete()` so every call self-describes all four dimensions. `?`-formatting preserves the `None`-vs-`Some(...)` distinction the same way the token fields keep None-vs-zero.
