Add mobile voice notes (#7121)
## Summary
- add iOS and Android voice-note recording and preview directly in the
mobile composer
- add waveform playback, scrubbing, speed controls, haptics, and
one-shot playback in chat
- package recordings in a canonical H.264/AAC MP4 envelope on both
platforms so existing relays accept them
- preserve the shared composer interaction and attachment-card treatment
across mobile platforms
Mobile counterpart to #6978.
## Testing
- `just ci`
- `just mobile-check`
- `just mobile-test` (2,026 tests)
- Android debug build compiled, installed, launched, and Voice note
verified in the attachment menu on Pixel 10
- signed iOS device build installed on iPhone

Polish mobile message threads and composer (#5645)
## Summary
- refine mobile message metadata, search spacing, and Activity filter
semantics
- add channel-parity Latest navigation and stable tail following to
threads
- synchronize Android composer/keyboard geometry and keep Latest spacing
stable across IME transitions
## Validation
- `bin/just mobile-check`
- `bin/just mobile-test` (1,276 tests)
- Pixel 10 install/launch and channel/thread keyboard, Latest, tail, and
back-navigation review
- signed iPhone install/launch workflow

Fix mobile composer input regressions (#5594)
## Summary
- reuse the channel member snapshot so first-use `@` suggestions appear
immediately
- reduce selection-only composer rebuilds so iOS selection handles stay
responsive
- make Return insert a newline, send only from the composer button, and
animate multiline growth with reduced-motion support
## Validation
- `just mobile-check`
- `just mobile-test` — 1,271 tests passed
- signed iPhone Release and Pixel 10 debug builds installed and launched
- `just ci` passed mobile, Rust, desktop, and web checks until the
unrelated `buzz-terminal` lifecycle test timed out waiting for `$0`;
reproduced unchanged in isolation

Polish mobile composer and messaging UI (#3918)
## Summary
- Refine the mobile composer with compact and expanded states, shared
footer fades, haptics, reliable keyboard dismissal, and full-width
camera and photo surfaces.
- Standardize popovers, filters, and section menus with consistent type,
strokes, radii, spacing, icons, and destructive styling.
- Align message presentation with desktop through consistent system
rows, typing and loading feedback, emoji placement, and predictable
photo viewing.
## Validation
- `just mobile-check`
- `just mobile-test` — 1,037 passed, 1 skipped
- Tested on Pixel 10 and a connected iPhone
