fix(desktop): preserve availability freshness during agent deletion
...
Use the shared exact-key action-time reader for Agents and profile deletion, including channel-discovery awaits and unqueried persona siblings. Request shutdown for unknown availability before removing provider records; retain records on request failure and preserve established Offline and native local deletion behavior.
Cover the production hook/IPC seams and profile confirmation journeys with cached Online, Offline and failed/disconnected evidence. Document request-only shutdown and existing cleanup limits.

fix(desktop): preserve unknown availability in profile popovers
...
Pass unresolved presence through to the avatar instead of announcing Offline. Exercise the actual hover surface across pending, successful missing, explicit Offline, failed cached Online and disconnect; restoring the fallback fails the regression.

fix(desktop): preserve failed presence and share surface snapshots

Propagate native query errors; share aggregate presence with cards, menus and lifecycle actions. Keep failed aggregate siblings unknown through live/self updates until successful snapshot retry. Add native command, mounted lifecycle and real-surface request-count regressions.

Show exact-key Online/Away independently of local lifecycle. Replace card Start with presence and guard profile/member/callback startup without inventing Stop authority. Cover rendered controls, keyboard activation and presence transitions.

fix(desktop): derive agent availability from relay presence

Keep lifecycle controls separate from online/offline status and report shutdown as a request, not confirmed termination. Model explicit snapshot and authored live presence in browser fixtures while preserving start animation and avatar continuity.
