Brad Seiler	fa1ec1efe9	Add invitation history repair as a separate maintenance change ... Revoke historical legacy candidates and clear examined admission markers under the deletion/admission locks. Require separate approval before core deployment and a controlled rollout that prevents new timeout/mute history.
