fix(mobile): enforce shared hosted community entry requirements

Check account, key binding and backup before persisting new hosted communities. Refuse hosted invites in the legacy claim path and acknowledge pairing only after admission succeeds. Keep the P256K import private in new native consumers for simulator builds.

fix(mobile): preserve unreadable identities and repair recovery choices

Use shared fail-closed Android secure-storage options across all namespace clients. Allow token-only legacy records through cloud recovery, clarify consent, and prevent stale chooser taps from interrupting cancellation.
Exercise real Android plugin decryption failures with an isolated emulator probe, and cover actual link-entry consent and lifecycle guards.

feat(mobile): reconcile saved identities without replacing keys
...
Inventory current and legacy device keys without migration. Reuse unambiguous identities, require explicit selection for conflicts, and authorize fresh generation only after local and cloud absence checks.
