## Summary
One identity can be paired with several communities, but mobile keyed
several caches by pubkey only. Mobile keeps a single `ProviderScope` and
doesn't remount on a community switch, so one community's data showed up
in another, and some of it was published to the other community's relay.
- **Channel groups**: the second community showed the first community's
groups.
- **Read marks** (contexts, publishable set, NIP-RS client and slot
IDs): the first community's context IDs were merged into, and published
to, the second community's read-state slot.
- **Inbox done/unread rows and thread follows**: one shared 500-entry
cap, so activity in one community evicted another's entries.
- **Channel stars and mutes**: union-merged across communities and
published to every relay.
Every one of these is now keyed by pubkey + normalized community relay,
the same way channel sort already is.
**Switching communities.** The relay session rebuilds for the new
community before the previous community's managers are retired. Each
manager (groups, read state, stars, mutes) now checks that the session
still serves its own community before it publishes, merges a fetch, or
handles a live event. Previously, a pending publish flushed on dispose,
or an in-flight fetch, could cross into the next community.
**Old pubkey-only entries.** Channel IDs can repeat across communities,
so nothing tells us which community an old channel-keyed entry belongs
to:
- **Groups, stars, mutes and read marks** are dropped on upgrade, and
each community restores its own from its relay. Any change that never
reached a relay is lost, and a read mark the relay doesn't hold shows as
unread once. That's an accepted tradeoff: such changes would be very old
by now.
- **Inbox, thread follows, and read-state slot and client IDs** seed
every community, and the old entry is kept. The inbox and follows
entries are event IDs, which only ever match their own community. The
slot ID keeps each community publishing to the slot it already has on
its relay.
This PR also removes the **Pulse** feed (`features/pulse/` and the Nostr
filters only it used). Nothing in the app navigates to it anymore, and
its providers were among the community-unscoped caches.

None found.
### Testing
- Each affected store has a regression test through the real provider
that switches A → B → A. For groups, read marks, stars and mutes, the
test sets a value in A, switches to B while A's change is still pending,
and checks two cases: B's data arriving live and B answering A's
in-flight fetch. It asserts that nothing sent to B contains A's IDs, B
shows only its own value, and A comes back unchanged. Each guard was
removed in turn to confirm a test fails without it, except two that the
current switch order never reaches: the groups merge guard and the
read-state live-event guard.
- Upgrade tests cover each kind of old entry: dropped for groups, stars,
mutes and read marks, seeded for inbox, follows and slot IDs.
- `flutter analyze` is clean, and the full mobile suite passes in the
pre-push hook at `89ebfcc12`.
- Not yet exercised in the app.

## Summary
Polish mobile Home and Solo: group Search/Inbox beside a separate
profile avatar, move Inbox and Settings to bottom-up pages with Close
controls, and place tabs opposite the plus/compose action. Morph plus to
compose clockwise when entering Solo and reverse counterclockwise when
returning Home, with a directional quarter-turn of the icon inside a
level button and a subtle scale pulse, respecting reduced motion. Align
Search’s Close control with Inbox, simplify its placeholder, and
initialize selected filter contrast correctly. Collapse the plus menu
when leaving Home. Center Solo’s native-glass New chat empty state and
keep it stationary behind the keyboard.
Standardize Tabler icons and neutral backgrounds, retain SF Back/Close
on iOS, use native Liquid Glass headers, tab container, and actions
(solid grey selected tab, slightly darker on iOS) on iOS and black
actions on Android, and smooth the expanded menu corners. Repair native
header safe-area/return layout and compose movement after cancellation.

Follow-up to [#8294](https://github.com/block/buzz/pull/8294). Malformed
trailing thread tags could make a notification open the right thread
while Flutter indexed its reply elsewhere; uppercase references could
similarly miss lowercase event IDs.
Share one validated thread-reference parser between the mobile timeline,
Inbox, and feed helper. It ignores malformed markers, keeps the last
valid root/reply, and normalizes lookup IDs to lowercase. Native push
parsing now uses the same casing. Existing thread fixtures use valid
event IDs so they continue exercising real thread relationships.
Add RunnerTests coverage for the production native-to-Flutter argument
conversion, including buffered cold-start navigation and omitted
optional thread IDs, and run it in the native CI lane.
### Validation
- New parser and Inbox regressions cover malformed markers and uppercase
references. Widget regressions open and highlight the exact reply for
valid, uppercase, and trailing-malformed tags.
- After integrating [#8106](https://github.com/block/buzz/pull/8106),
Flutter analysis and the complete mobile suite pass: 3,337 tests, four
existing skips. Integration preserves per-event read predicates and
migrates incoming thread fixtures to valid IDs. An unchanged
keyboard-history test also failed with main's original parser; recording
reads before the scroll transition fixes its timing assumption while
retaining visibility assertions.
- Native package tests passed (127 tests), and both Runner bridge tests
passed on an iOS simulator with Xcode 26.5. Removing the production
`threadRootId` assignment made the bridge regression fail; restoring it
passed. Native code is unchanged by the main integration.
- [Current-head CI

including Mobile and Mobile Swift. [Codex
review](https://github.com/block/buzz/pull/8332#issuecomment-6181458528)
and [security
review](https://github.com/block/buzz/pull/8332#issuecomment-6181449235)
found no issues on the integrated commit. [Owner
approval](https://github.com/block/buzz/pull/8332#pullrequestreview-5526812957)
covers the exact integrated commit.
- Standards and spec reviews found no blockers, including the merge
resolutions and test adjustments. Validation is scoped to mobile/native
per VISION_MOBILE; unrelated repository-wide checks were stopped, not
counted as passing.
The bridge test covers serialization and buffering, not end-to-end APNs
delivery or app launch. No new physical-device acceptance is claimed;
routine post-merge dogfood remains human-owned.

## Summary
When you read a channel or thread on the phone, the web and desktop app
(buzz-app) should show it as read too, and the reverse. buzz-app no
longer saves a "read" mark for each ordinary message. It saves one
"caught up to here" mark per channel and per thread, and keeps
per-message marks only for mentions, DMs, broadcasts and replies. Mobile
already reads those marks. This PR makes mobile write them, so reading
on the phone clears unread on other devices and saved read state stays
small.
What changes on the phone:
- Reaching the bottom of a channel, and staying there for 300 ms, marks
it caught up. Reaching the end of a thread does the same for that
thread.
- A message you see fully on screen, away from the bottom, is marked
read on its own.
- Mentions, DMs, broadcasts and thread replies you see keep their own
read marks, as in buzz-app.
- Automatic reading never marks the whole channel read. Only the
explicit **Mark read** action does that. DMs and forums are the
exception: opening one marks it all read, as mobile does today.
- Reaching the bottom of a channel you marked unread ends that manual
unread. Unseen mentions and replies stay unread.
- Activity rows clear when you have read every message in the row, not
just the newest.
### Related issue
None found. buzz-app makes the same DM and manual-unread changes in
https://github.com/block/buzz-app/pull/616.
### Testing
- Unit tests cover the new write rules, Activity rows and the size limit
on saved read state.
- Widget tests cover reading on the channel page and the thread page,
opening a DM, and reaching the bottom of a channel you marked unread.
- No visual changes.
## Details
**Read marks.** "Caught up" is saved as `activity:<channel>` for a
channel and `thread-activity:<root>` for a thread. A caught-up mark
reads only ordinary top-level messages (channel) or that thread's
replies (thread). A per-message mark is `msg:<id>`.
**Caught-up time.** The mark is set to the time of the bottom row, and
never later than the current time. The time of a newer reply is not
used. So a top-level message that arrives late, with an earlier
timestamp, stays unread. A clock that runs fast, on this phone or the
sender's, cannot mark messages read before they arrive.
**Nested threads.** A thread opened on a nested reply shows only one
branch. Reaching its end writes per-message marks only, so unread
messages in other branches stay unread.
**Reading delay.** The 300 ms reading delay now restarts only when
messages arrive or leave. Before, any page rebuild restarted it, for
example a typing indicator.
**Activity rows.** A row that groups several events is done only when
each event is read. Each event is checked against the channel mark, its
own `msg:` mark, and its thread marks if it is a reply. Opening a row
goes to the oldest unread event.
**Publishing.** Mobile no longer republishes per-message marks it got
from other devices. buzz-app removes those once a caught-up mark covers
them. Broad marks (channel, thread, caught-up) are still republished, so
they stay available after the fetch window. The published blob is capped
at buzz-app's 40 KiB limit. Channel marks are kept first, then thread
marks, then caught-up marks, then the newest per-message marks. Before,
a blob over the encryption limit (about 64 KiB) turned off sync for the
rest of the session.
**DMs and manual unread.** Opening a DM reads it through the newest
loaded message, replies included, as mobile does today. Reaching the
bottom of a channel ends a manual unread. Manual unread on mobile is
local to this session, so ending it does not change what other devices
see.
**Compatibility.** Older desktop builds read only channel and
per-message marks. They may show extra unread for channels read on the
phone.
**Follow-ups, not in this PR**
- Unread catch-up fetches start after the channel mark and are capped at
1,000 events. In a busy channel, an old unread mention can drop out of
the badge. The fetch should also start from the caught-up mark, or load
more pages.
- Each mark triggers its own save and rebuild. They could be batched.
- Broadcast replies are counted slightly differently from buzz-app.
- buzz-app can also move its caught-up mark past the current time.

## Summary
Use UIKit navigation bars across iOS pages, with large titles that
collapse into the toolbar on scroll and a light native blur. Home uses
the active community name as its title and shows community and profile
avatars with centered emoji and stable loading, without flashing back to
icons. Channel headers retain the member count, tap-to-settings title,
and Huddle action. Their ultra-thin native material has a soft lower
edge and stays visible at the timeline bottom. The hidden title-layout
scroll view has its automatic edge effects disabled so it cannot add a
second backdrop.

## Summary
This PR finishes the change on the remaining mobile screens. After it,
every place that names a person or agent uses a contextual name:
- The channel list, DM labels, and the new-DM picker
- The channel header and details, and the members and add-members sheets
- Huddle avatars, spotlight, and overlay
- The Activity inbox
- Search results for people and messages
- Pulse notes, agent cards, and reply previews
Screens that belong to a channel compare names against its members.
Search, Pulse, and the new-DM picker have no channel, so they compare
the identities shown together. In the example below, Search showed four
results all named "murderbot". Now the human keeps the plain name, and
baxen's three agents are labeled by owner and key suffix.
Part 3 of 3: #7894 (resolver) → #7895 (conversations) → #7896 (lists,
Search, Pulse).

<!-- Draft PR body for #7385 · fix(mobile): bind same-name mentions to
exact selected identities · https://github.com/block/buzz/pull/7385 -->
🤖
## Summary
If two people in a channel share a display name, mobile couldn't tell
them apart in mentions: picking the second could overwrite the first's
selection, a rendered mention linked whichever same-name person matched
first, and a later rename or a shorter name could re-bind the text to
the wrong recipient. This PR binds every mention to the exact selected
identity:
- Each same-name selection keeps its own recipient instead of
overwriting by name; conflicting picks get a qualified label like `Name
(key…)`.
- The longest matching label wins, so a shorter or interior name can
never claim part of a longer one and steal its identity.
- Rendering resolves recipients by the signed identity key from the
event's tags — never from message text alone — so qualified labels stay
correct regardless of tag order and survive later renames; an untagged
ambiguous label blocks shorter mentions instead of silently re-binding.
Ports the landed Desktop exact-recipient behavior (see
`docs/mention-editor.md`).
### Related issue
- Fixes: N/A. No mobile issue; Desktop's landed exact-recipient fixes

- Independent base (`main`). #7387 (child) persists these exact
selections in saved drafts.
- Landing note: branches in this series overlap in the composer — when
rebasing, keep exact/durable mention bindings, the explicit
invite/reference-only choice, the account/visit/revision fences, and
authorization before membership preparation and publication; don't
resolve conflicts by taking either side wholesale.
- Draft — not requesting merge yet; the security advisory run for this
range timed out without results (no verdict).
### Testing
- Regressions cover same-name collisions, prefix/overlap, removal, tag
order, and renames.
- At `acd841354a692243f1cb4c04059baad42f1d2abb`: `just mobile-check` and
full `just mobile-test` pass (2,082 tests). The earlier full `just ci`
receipt linked below is reused only for unchanged non-mobile
code/tooling, not claimed as a rerun at this head.
- Previous-head evidence: `just mobile-check`, the full mobile test
suite, and full local `just ci` all pass — receipts in the [exact-head

- Verification is widget-test level; no native device or simulator run
is claimed.
To see it: mention two teammates with the same display name — both stay
distinct, the second shows a qualified label, and the rendered message
keeps both correct even after either renames.

## Summary
In the mobile app, anyone who hasn't set a display name shows up as a
raw 64-character hex key (e.g. `3a5d4f9c…`) — unreadable, and
unrecognizable as the same identity across screens. Profile and Settings
also let you copy that raw hex. Nostr public keys have a standard
readable form — `npub1…`, the same encoding other Nostr apps and our
desktop app already display. This PR makes every mobile identity surface
render npub instead:
- **Unnamed people everywhere** — message and thread authors, reactions,
typing indicators, member lists, channel details, DM headers and tiles,
inbox, search, forum cards, Pulse notes and reply context, mention
suggestions, and invite rows — now show a compact npub label: first 8 +
last 4 characters of the full npub joined by an ellipsis
(`npub1abcd…wxyz`), the same truncation desktop uses. Previously these
showed truncated raw hex.
- **DM fallback avatars and blank names** — 1:1 DM tiles and headers key
their fallback avatar to the same non-self counterpart the label names,
including self-first participant order; a self-DM keeps its
hex-key-derived initial. Blank or whitespace-only display names fall
back to the compact npub instead of rendering empty, while nonblank
authored names render verbatim (padding included).
- **Profile sheet → "Copy public key"** now copies the full canonical
npub — never raw hex. When the identity string isn't a valid public key,
the copy tile is disabled, so a malformed key never reaches the
clipboard.
- **Settings → Identity (pubkey)** displays and copies the full npub; an
invalid identity reads "Identity unavailable" with copy disabled.
- **Invalid identities never leak truncated raw hex** into the UI
anywhere — they render a neutral "Unknown identity" label.
- **Unchanged on purpose:** display names and verified handles (NIP-05 —
the `name@domain` badge) still render as before. Unnamed avatars keep
distinct per-key initials, derived from the underlying hex key rather
than the npub — otherwise every unnamed key would render the same "N"
initial. Event IDs are not public keys, so they keep their hex
truncation (in Pulse's "Replying to", the parent author shows npub while
an event-id fallback still shows hex). The nevent share link, private
keys, and internal hex storage are untouched. Inputs that accept a key
(invite/member entry) accept both hex and npub and keep working in hex
internally.

- Full mobile suite: 2,098 tests passing (`cd mobile && flutter test`);
`flutter analyze` clean; `dart format --set-exit-if-changed .` clean —

- Widget/unit coverage at production seams: compact labels and hex-keyed
avatar initials for DM headers/tiles, member rows, mention suggestions,
and Pulse reply context; DM fallback avatars keyed to the labeled
counterpart (self-first order and self-DMs); blank/whitespace
display-name npub fallback with nonblank authored labels verbatim,
including the Activity inbox sender and profile-sheet heading (each with
its own empty/whitespace production-seam regression); full-npub copy and
disabled-copy semantics in profile and settings; invalid-key
suppression; and hex↔npub input round-trips.
Verified via unit and widget tests — no device/simulator validation is
claimed.

## Summary
Hiding a DM row and then receiving a new message from that person never
brought the row back — the reader was left with only an Inbox
notification. This restores the row from live activity, client-side,
with no relay or database changes.
- Subscribe to hidden-DM activity **channel-scoped** over the hidden-DM
id set (`#h`), re-registering whenever the set changes. The relay's
`fan_out_scoped` only routes channel-scoped events (every kind:9 DM
carries a `channel_id`) to channel-scoped subscriptions, so a
community-global `#p` filter receives nothing. Hiding a DM never drops
membership, so `#h` authorization holds. Because every delivered event
is already for a hidden DM the reader belongs to, eligibility no longer
needs a self `p` tag — untagged CLI/agent DMs resurface too — and no
per-event visibility fetch is required.
- On qualifying activity, invoke the existing open-DM action (`41010`)
to reopen the hidden one-to-one or group DM, validating that the relay
reopened the same channel.
- Preserve the existing relay-synced hide snapshot (`41012` → `30622`);
hide state still syncs across devices.
- Let Inbox reopen a hidden DM before navigating to its message, with a
busy state on the row and context-menu "Open in channel" action while a
reopen is pending.
- Coalesce resurface attempts per channel: a concurrent message that
arrives while a reopen is in flight triggers a retry on failure instead
of being marked handled and dropped.
- Write exact dm-visibility query keys on open/hide mutations.
This is the client-only replacement agreed in the Buzz design thread and
supersedes #6713. The accepted limitation is that resurface only fires
while a client is running — a message that arrives while all clients are
closed does not restore the row on next launch (the `30622` snapshot has
no watermark); Inbox click-through is the safety net for that case.
Addresses #6316.

## Summary
Communities joined via an invite link never connect: the app dials
`ws://` on port 80 instead of `wss://` on 443 and sits on
"Reconnecting…" indefinitely.
`RelayConfig.baseUrl` is documented as an HTTP origin, but the two
onboarding flows disagree on what they persist:
- **Device pairing** validates and stores `https://` —
`pairing_provider.dart:657` throws on anything else.
- **Invite join** stores the relay URL straight off the invite link, and
`deep_link.dart:165` always emits `ws://` or `wss://`.
`wsUrl` only special-cased `https://`, so a `wss://` base fell through
to the plaintext branch:
```dart
final scheme = uri.scheme == 'https' ? 'wss' : 'ws'; // 'wss' is not 'https'
```
The claim request itself succeeds, because `_claimUrlFromRelay`
(`invite_join_provider.dart:242`) maps `wss → https` explicitly. Only
the socket path is missing that conversion — which is why the community
appears, correctly named, and then never loads.
The same `baseUrl` also feeds `/query` (`relay_session.dart:136`), media
upload (`media_upload.dart:765`), Blossom auth (`media_auth.dart:128`)
and `relayClientProvider` (`relay_provider.dart:113`), so those requests
were malformed too. Where port 80 *does* answer, it is additionally a
silent TLS downgrade after `validateInviteRelayUri` insisted on
`wss://`.
This folds the websocket schemes back to their HTTP equivalents in
`baseUrl` itself, so every consumer is correct by construction rather
than needing a second getter remembered at each call site, and
communities **already persisted** with `wss://` are repaired on read
without a migration. `community_icon_provider.dart:46` already performs
this same conversion locally.
One subtlety worth flagging for review: the normalization is derived in
the getter rather than applied in the constructor, so the constructor
stays `const`. The compile-time fallback at `relay_provider.dart:77`
relies on const canonicalization for a stable identity across rebuilds,
and Riverpod's `defaultUpdateShouldNotify` is `previous != next`
(`element.dart:361`), which falls back to identity for this class. A
`factory` constructor here yields a fresh instance per rebuild, which
tears down and resubscribes every listener —
`channels_provider_test.dart` catches it as an unexpected unsubscribe
during reconnect.

`dart format --set-exit-if-changed .` — 249 files, 0 changed
Run against the Hermit-pinned SDK (Flutter 3.41.7 / Dart 3.11.5),
matching CI.
10 new unit tests in `mobile/test/shared/relay/relay_config_test.dart`
covering both onboarding schemes, `http`/`https` passthrough,
non-default ports, and agreement between the invite and pairing paths
for the same relay.
Verified end-to-end against a self-hosted relay behind `tailscale
serve`, which terminates TLS on 443 and leaves port 80 closed. Relay
logs show the invite claim succeeding over HTTPS at the moment of
joining, while no WebSocket connection ever arrives — no `WebSocket
connection established`, no NIP-42 auth, no `kind:0` profile, no push
registration — across the relay's entire history, even though the member
row is present and correct. Port-80 refusals are not logged by
`tailscaled`'s netstack, which is why the retries leave no trace
server-side. Reproduced on both iOS and Android.

## The bug
When you tap an item in the Activity inbox that refers to a message
inside a thread (for example, someone replied to you or mentioned you in
a thread reply), the app opened the channel at its top level. It did not
open the thread, and it did not show you the message the notification
was about. You had to hunt for the reply manually.
## The fix
Activity items now keep track of two things: the root message of the
thread and the specific message that triggered the notification. Tapping
the item now:
1. Opens the thread detail view for that thread (instead of the
channel's top level).
2. Scrolls to the specific message that triggered the notification.
3. Briefly highlights that message so it is easy to spot.
This works for both direct replies and replies nested deeper in a
thread, and it fetches the thread from the relay if it is not already
loaded (for example, right after app launch).
## Testing
- Flutter analyzer
- 64 focused mobile tests covering direct and nested thread markers plus
Activity navigation
- Full pre-push suite (mobile, desktop, Rust, and Tauri tests)
## Manual verification
Open Activity, tap a mention for a reply inside a thread, and confirm
Buzz opens that thread, scrolls to the reply, and highlights it.

**Category:** improvement
**User Impact:** Mobile users can scan Activity as a focused
conversation inbox and open the exact unread message or thread
represented by each item.
## Context
Mobile's Activity tab had not kept pace with Desktop: it presented
isolated event headlines, advertised categories that were often empty,
and opened a channel without clearly landing on the selected item.
This PR brings the Mobile surface toward the conversation-oriented
direction explored in Clay Delk's Desktop [Inbox refactor PR
#2045](https://github.com/block/buzz/pull/2045), while adapting it to
Mobile rather than copying the Desktop split-pane implementation. The
related product/UX discussion is captured in the originating [Buzz
thread](buzz://message?channel=a9bbc0e5-d25d-4740-849c-93c34bb578a4&id=a7d9a4d33dcd8c6bf0dc67d81c328892b9e38dedaa8548920224ef388301b6ab).
## UX decisions in this PR
- **Conversation-oriented, not event-oriented:** related updates
collapse into one row per thread/DM conversation, represented by the
latest update and ordered by latest activity. Separate top-level
conversations in the same channel remain separate rows.
- **Resume at the oldest unread:** tapping a grouped row opens the
represented canonical message/thread/DM at its oldest unread item,
rather than merely opening the channel at an arbitrary position.
- **Desktop-aligned row hierarchy:** rows lead with a full avatar and
sender, followed by contextual location/type metadata, unread dot +
time, and a two-line preview. A **New** boundary separates unread and
read content.
- **Mobile-native navigation:** Mobile keeps a single-column `Activity →
canonical conversation → Back` flow. It does not introduce Desktop's
persistent detail pane.
- **Compact filtering:** the old horizontal chip rail becomes a compact
filter menu so the source set fits a phone viewport without horizontal
scanning. Filters are All, Mentions, Threads, Needs Action, Activity,
Agents, Reminders, and Drafts.
- **Focused source semantics:** All covers personally relevant work—DMs,
mentions, thread replies, needs-action events, owned-agent activity, due
reminders, and active drafts—rather than becoming a generic stream of
every channel message. Mobile's standalone Activity source is currently
limited to DM traffic because it does not have Desktop's aggregated
channel-activity feed.
- **Shared read behavior:** rows project canonical
channel/thread/message markers, support unread-only and mark-all-read,
and use local overrides only where canonical markers cannot represent an
item.
- **Reminders and drafts are real data:** reminders use the same
encrypted NIP-ER events as Desktop. Drafts persist device-local composer
state, restore on return, survive failed sends, and clear after
successful sends.
- **Explain navigation failures:** an unavailable destination produces
an explanatory message rather than silently doing nothing or falling
back to an unrelated channel position.
## Implementation summary
- Adds a Mobile inbox model for conversation grouping, category
priority, contextual labels, sorting, filtering, and oldest-unread
targets.
- Expands relay-backed sources for mentions, approvals, owned-agent
lifecycle events, and DM traffic.
- Adds fail-closed NIP-ER reminder decryption and device-local
compose-draft persistence.
- Redesigns Activity rows, boundaries, filters, unread controls, and
empty/loading states.
- Routes rows through Mobile's existing canonical channel/thread screens
with precise target IDs.
- Adds model, provider, widget, reminder, read-state, draft-lifecycle,
and deep-link coverage.
## Reproduction steps
1. Run Mobile and open **Activity**.
2. Confirm full avatars, sender-first rows, context labels, unread
indicators, timestamps, two-line previews, and the compact filter
control.
3. Open the filter menu and verify All, Mentions, Threads, Needs Action,
Activity, Agents, Reminders, and Drafts.
4. Tap a grouped thread row and confirm the canonical conversation opens
at its oldest unread message.
5. Mark rows read/unread, enable unread-only mode, and use
mark-all-read; confirm state agrees with the channel/thread destination.
6. Type without sending in a channel or thread, leave, and confirm the
draft appears in Activity and restores in the composer.

Recaptured on the same authenticated iPhone 17 simulator, account,
theme, and Activity view, at this PR's current merge-base (`dd222a509`)
and head (`52ad40aee`). Both frames were taken within a few minutes on
the same live feed, so the visible conversation set overlaps closely
(the recent Ned/Bart/Tommy items appear in both). The compared change is
the row *structure*: Before leads with an `@ Mention` headline over a
small inline avatar and a horizontal chip rail; After leads with a full
avatar, a compact `labelMedium` sender label, contextual "Mentioned in"
metadata, and a filter menu. The sender username now renders at the same
compact scale the old `@ Mention` label used.
## Verification
- Current rebased head: `5bd87f4f4` on `origin/main` at `dd222a509`;
GitHub reports the PR mergeable.
- `flutter analyze` — clean at `5bd87f4f4`.
- Full Mobile suite — 698 passed, 1 skipped, 4 failed; all four failures
reproduce identically on clean `origin/main` (`channels_page_test`
create-channel sheet and three `compose_bar_test` agent-mention cases).
- The prior PR-specific `home_page_test` failures were fixed by
providing the Activity local-state dependency in that harness.
- Independent code and simulator UI review — approved.
- Post-rebase GitHub checks are running.
