feat(web): add Browse releases link next to invite download ( #2255 )

Related to https://github.com/block/buzz/issues/2093
Invite pages offered a platform-resolved binary download with no path to
the GitHub releases listing for users who wanted information first.
### Changes
- Keep the smart **Download it now** CTA
- Add an always-visible **Browse releases** link pointing at
`https://github.com/block/buzz/releases `
- Extend invite smoke coverage for the new link
Note: the marketing-site “Get the App” button on buzz.xyz appears to
live outside this repository; this improves the in-repo web invite flow.

fix(web): route mobile invite downloads to app stores ( #7702 )

Route the invite page’s existing download link to the App Store on
iOS/iPadOS and Google Play on Android. Appearance and app-opening
behavior stay unchanged.
The browser test checks platform routing using shared URL constants. Web
build, lint, and all six smoke tests pass. Rebased onto main to pick up
the relay test compilation fix.
Refs #3357 . Alternative to #3464 with a smaller implementation and no
duplicated store URLs in tests.
