Recognize Buzz Agent's LlmAuth code (-32001) at the shared listener boundary
while preserving legacy adapter message fallbacks. Reuse the existing
failure-notice path with Buzz provider sign-in and CLI recovery guidance,
independently of Activity publishing.
Cover immediate dead-lettering, signed threaded notices without an observer,
opaque and missing-token errors, legacy fallbacks, and non-auth retries.
Document buzz-app's runtime pin, bundle rebuild, and native acceptance steps.
