Alex Rosenzweig f0b44b5b75 fix(acp): preserve accepted edit routing across restart ...

Persist resolved original-message routing with accepted journal records and reuse it after current authorization and subscription admission. Validate stored edit targets and thread IDs while keeping older journal records readable.

Validated 14 journal tests and a mutation that loses routing, which fails at the exact recovered thread assertion.
