A definition-linked agent now always launches the ACP command from its definition. Start, create-and-start, app-launch restore, runtime start, restart and reconcile all go through spawn_agent_child, which now reads the command from resolve_effective_config instead of the instance record. The restart-drift snapshot, agent summary and model discovery use the same value. Before this change, only the re-pin paths copied the definition's command onto the instance. A command saved only on the instance (for example by the Janet installer) survived restart and reconcile, but a normal Start or app-launch restore silently replaced it with stock buzz-acp. A one-time boot migration lifts an instance-only custom command into its stock definition, so existing agents keep running what they ran. It skips definitions that already name a custom command and definitions whose instances disagree, takes a backup once, and advances an in-sync instance's source version so no false restart badge appears. Event sync republishes the changed definitions.
