Thomas Petersen 0c574fd2d5 fix: preserve nested thread depth for agent replies ...

Carry explicit branch reply intent through the desktop and MCP message pipeline so plain @agent mentions stay at the current thread depth. Keep hover reply as the only action that drills into a deeper sub-thread.
