Luke Tornquist 12f462cc3f Merge origin/main 3ed07e5c into BUZZ-268 invite revocation

Main's #8564 replaced the branch's test-only acquire-timeout helper with
`test_state_with_database_url_and_pool_options`; take main's helper and
group-state fixture. No new migrations on main, so 0074 is unchanged.
