## Summary
- fade expanded video controls out when the pointer leaves the video
- restore controls on video hover or keyboard focus while keeping touch
controls visible
- respect reduced-motion preferences

## Testing
- focused expanded-video hover Playwright test
- full video attachment E2E suite (12 tests)
- desktop check and typecheck
- desktop unit tests (5,674)
