Logan Johnson 3402a67ade test(relay): pin the search claim and the unsubscribe in their tests ...

The bridge search test now checks the retired live entry at the
before_search_query hook, after the claim and before the timeout CLOSED
that would also retire it. The pubsub subscriber test waits for Redis to
report no subscribers on the released topic before it retains it again.
