Adding an agent from Discover already persists where it came from — the local copy stores the source coordinate and its creation date is the adoption moment — but nothing surfaced it. Show "In your setup since … added from <publisher>'s catalog" on the catalog entry, and an "Origin · Adoption" section on the deployed agent's passport linking back to the publisher.
