Luke Tornquist 5af546bf11 test(relay): run the invite fixture guard in the unit lane ...

destructive_fixture_rejects_shared_database_urls is a non-ignored,
infra-free test inside api::invites::postgres_tests, so the PostgreSQL
lane (ignored-only) skips it and the unit lane's allowlist never selected
it: it ran in no CI lane. Select it by exact name in both unit-lane
entry points, as the bridge search extension tests already are.
