Tom Brow 692faa2be5 fix(mobile): discover Solo agents from the owner's managed-agent records ...

Mobile found owned agents by paging every kind:0 profile on the relay and
filtering by NIP-OA owner. With more than 1,000 profiles the scan hit its
10-page bound and failed, so New chat and existing Solo chats could not
load an agent.

Read the owner's kind 30177 records instead, as desktop does, then fetch
only those agents' profiles and keep the ones whose NIP-OA attestation
names the owner. Revalidating one agent before send is unchanged.
