Eva 6e03ef2679 docs(nip-fi): restore the list join in the claim-completeness rejection grammar ...

Adding the fixture-placeholder rejection ground dropped the "or" before
the mutant-evidence ground, grammatically attaching "omitting" to the
status clause instead of continuing the rejection list. A closed
rejection grammar cannot be malformed. One word restored; no semantic
change. Oracle census unchanged at 58.
