Wes fb9ac18d2c fix(mobile): enforce shared hosted community entry requirements ...

Check account, key binding and backup before persisting new hosted communities. Refuse hosted invites in the legacy claim path and acknowledge pairing only after admission succeeds. Keep the P256K import private in new native consumers for simulator builds.
