Opening Bestie from the mobile shortcut currently presents the agent DM as a threaded channel. Present that same DM as a continuous conversation, matching the top-level interaction in desktop Bestie. Read existing roots and replies in chronological order using the flat history provider, show typing inline, and keep new sends at the DM top level. Disable thread-opening taps, swipe replies, and the Reply menu entry in this view. Preserve the DM identity, history, membership, and recipient rules; Solo ownership routing remains separate. Regression coverage exercises the Bestie launcher, existing threaded answers, reply-target navigation, taps/swipes, and top-level DM sends. Validation: `just mobile-check` passed; `just mobile-test` passed (4,051 Flutter tests, 34 skipped; 4 unconfigured-push tests; 27 crypto-package tests). The mobile file-size check and `git diff --check` also passed. Manual app check before readiness: 1. Open the bottom-corner Bestie shortcut for an agent whose DM already contains threaded replies. 2. Confirm those answers appear inline with the original messages, without a separate thread screen or reply-count links. 3. Tap and swipe a message; confirm neither opens a thread. Long-press should retain reactions and other actions without Reply. 4. Send another message, then close and reopen Bestie. Confirm it remains in the same DM and conversation history. 5. Open an ordinary channel and confirm its existing thread behavior still works. Native app walkthrough and human confirmation are pending, so this PR remains draft under AGENTS.md's readiness requirements.
