Honey 79a07c7351 fix(read-state): share the write deadline with the row refresh ...

Leave messages without resolvable ancestry out of the unread scan in SQL
instead of a Rust fact, refresh POST rows within the remaining intent
deadline, and document the thread-row cap and frontier anchor.
