Luke Tornquist 9ae85092b8 fix(invites): name the restricted claimant in recovery copy ...

A claim returns invite_restricted only when the claimant or the account
that owns it is banned or timed out; a restricted issuer surfaces as
invite_invalid. Stop suggesting the issuer in the web, desktop and mobile
recovery message.
