Stacked on #8957 (Kenny's Bestie onboarding). In #8957, tapping the empty Bestie slot opens Create agent, and saving a first agent makes it Bestie, but you land back on home and need a second tap to start talking. This takes you straight into the new Bestie's chat once creation finishes, which matches where the group DM landed: pick a name and avatar first, then you're chatting with it. - Creating a first agent from the empty slot opens its chat. - Cancelling, or creating an agent that doesn't become Bestie (you already own others), still returns home as before. - The slot stays disabled while the create flow is open, so a double tap during the account check can't open it twice. - Opening an existing Bestie is unchanged; that code just moved into a shared step. Validation: new widget test covers both the create and cancel paths, and it fails without the change. The mobile widget tests touched by the launcher pass (508), and `flutter analyze` is clean on the changed files.
