The lifecycle map now records whether the newest admitted request for an ID has claimed it. A channel-access eviction that removes an old holder while a newer same-ID request is still pending retires only the holder: the client already replaced it, so the relay keeps the pending request's token and sends no CLOSED for the ID. Tests: a revoke of a replaced holder keeps the pending replacement; the pubsub subscriber recovers a dropped subscribe hint on a live Redis link; the bridge search test waits for the claim itself, not for admission.
