Tom Brow c22daaabc9 fix(mobile): use the desktop agent squircle for agent avatars ...

The Create agent form previewed emoji and image avatars as circles, while
the created agent showed a 30% rounded rectangle. Neither matched desktop's
agent squircle.

Add AgentAvatarBorder, which traces desktop's avatar-squircle.svg mask, and
use it for every agent avatar surface: the create and picker previews,
AvatarImage, the native bar PNG, the profile sheet, SmallAvatar and the
Huddle halos and placeholders. Also add 8pt above Choose avatar so it no
longer crowds the preview.
