Logan Johnson c8fd2ddb69 test(desktop): isolate error screenshots from positive presence

Publish explicit Offline presence for stopped error-only fixtures. Keep the original badge assertions, pin friendly error titles, and cover Online/Away precedence over both stopped error records without changing production.
