Riley Crane 15dfe9f3e8 revert(accumulator): drop desktop Settings tab + Tauri exec seam

The standalone daemon (buzz-fold) plus a future standalone UI supersede
the in-app control surface; the branch no longer touches desktop/.
Also drops the 'accumulator' preview flag entry.
