Use relay-authoritative page bounds so malformed stored rows cannot truncate thread history. Fetch newest-first, publish each page into the cache without losing live arrivals, and retain cached channel and thread rows during revalidation. Add identity-correlated channel/thread timing marks and deterministic smoke coverage for cold, fresh, stale, paginated, and in-flight live-write paths.
