Luke Tornquist 8ab4abd161 Merge main into first-channel-after-joining; renumber auto_join migration to 0079 ...

main added migrations 0076-0078 (artifact sync), so the auto_join column
migration moves to 0079. The migration count assertion becomes 79, and the
0075 upgrade test takes main's version-agnostic check.
