npub1mn7jgtj4w2pd0g0zeuhxsa6jy6p0rewxz4kujt98my82ahfmp72sxjexk7 d3662b89ee fix: CI round 5 — clippy dead_code + useless_format, portable write-failure test
Two CI failures unmasked by round 4's fixes:

1. desktop-tauri-clippy (dead_code + useless_format in claude_config/mod.rs):
   - Delete merge_agent_mcp_servers eprintln-only wrapper — orphaned when
     apply_claude_spawn_policy was refactored in round 3 to call the
     _with_warnings variant directly. Fold the doc comment onto the
     surviving function. Update all test call sites to call
     merge_agent_mcp_servers_with_warnings directly.
   - mod.rs:579: format!("literal with no interpolation") -> .to_string().

2. Windows Rust (test_projection_write_failure_blocks_spawn):
   PathBuf::from("/nonexistent/...") is not a reliable write-failure trigger
   on Windows — the runner can create paths under the current drive root.
   Replace with the portable file-blocks-dir pattern: write a regular file,
   then use a path under that file as config_dir. create_dir_all fails on
   every OS when a path component is a regular file.
