Elrond a3d41964d7 test(push-gateway): drop parity probe databases on failure and decode connection URLs ...

Run the parity comparison in its own task so a failed assertion, pgschema
run, or probe setup still drops both probe databases; the task's panic is
re-raised unchanged. Create the probes from template0 so neither inherits
objects from template1.

Read pgschema's connection flags from PgConnectOptions and decode the
password, so percent-encoded credentials and Unix-socket URLs work.

Narrow the parity claim to the public tables, columns, table options,
constraints, and indexes the test compares, and note that pgschema parity is
not full SchemaBot support: the inline FK in push_gateway_delegations.sql is
an adoption prerequisite.
