Elrond 6a7c51a5a9 Merge origin/main into buzz-agent-goose-core
Main's cd54e2682 (route GPT-5+ Databricks UC model-service FQNs to
Responses) landed in files this branch deletes in the goose-library
swap. Resolution:

- crates/buzz-agent/src/llm.rs stays deleted; runtime routing now
  lives in goose-providers. Cherry-picked upstream goose 5e9092596
(Support GPT-6 Astra models #11869) onto the pinned goose rev and
  bumped the pin 5a9a13b72 -> 2f2c92c24
  (aaif-goose/goose branch micn/buzz-goose-pin-gpt6-astra), so
DatabricksV2Provider::route_for_model sends GPT-5+/GPT-6 UC FQNs to
  ai-gateway/openai/v1/responses.
- crates/buzz-agent/src/llm_fqn_tests.rs dropped with llm.rs; the
equivalent route assertions run upstream in goose-providers
  (routes_known_model_families, model_service_gpt_6_uses_responses_
  route_and_preserves_fqn).
- tests/fqn_capabilities.rs moved to crates/buzz-model-catalog/tests/
since model_capabilities lives there on this branch; main's
model_capabilities.rs change applied cleanly to the relocated file.
- Lockfiles regenerated from main's side plus the goose pin bump.

Verified: cargo test -p buzz-model-catalog and -p buzz-agent (all
targets) pass; desktop modelCapabilitiesCorpus.test.mjs 10/10; goose
worktree cargo test -p goose-providers -p goose-provider-types pass.
