Logan Johnson 4a99303093 test(desktop): await failed-DM toast expiry before retry 
Move the real pointer back to the editor before awaiting the scoped error toast. Sonner pauses dismissal on hover, and fill leaves the pointer over Send. Preserve the error, retry content, and expanded-DM channel assertions without forcing clicks or changing production notifications.
