Add the NIP-AR "head" query view, which returns the current revision of each named artifact, deletions included. Add the sync filter parser and ArtifactSnapshot: keyset pages ordered by d inside one REPEATABLE READ READ ONLY transaction, so every page sees the same cut. Opening the snapshot first checks, in the same snapshot, that the reader can read every named channel.
