John Matthew Tennant 09b21cbe63 fix(mobile): label community switching consistently (#8979 )

## Summary

Rename the mobile community menu action from **Switch workspace** to
**Switch community**, matching the Switch Community page it opens and
avoiding confusion with billing workspaces.

N/A. No duplicate found.

### Testing

The existing home-page widget journey opens the community menu and
verifies the new label. Before/after captures show the production
Flutter menu with disposable fixture data.
