Mark Tkachenko a79d07324d feat: compact idle sessions before the prompt cache expires (#1522) ...

Claude Code compacts a large idle session shortly before its one-hour
prompt cache expires, but only in attended sessions. SDK sessions
(entrypoint `sdk-ts`) never arm that timer, so every return after an
hour re-writes the whole context to the cache.

The adapter now runs its own timer: 54 minutes after the last
main-thread request, if that request used the 1h cache, the context is
at least 200k tokens and the session is idle, it sends `/compact`
through the normal prompt path. It respects `idleCompaction: false`,
`autoCompactEnabled: false` and `DISABLE_COMPACT` /
`DISABLE_AUTO_COMPACT`. AIR gets `trigger: "idle"` in the compaction
`_meta`.
