Email signature: one neon card image replaces the separate logo files

Browse Source

sig-card.png (680x440, shown at 340x220): the Apex neon streaks over the whole card,
the HAL wordmark, name, title, the AI/blockchain line and the tagline. The earlier
eye, wordmark, tile and badge files are no longer referenced and are removed.
