satoshigreek 737777c5fd Fix truncated gradient 8 in logo + add HAL letterform banner to hero ...

- Gradient-clipped glyphs (HAL 8 logos, headline gradients) were clipped
  top/bottom by the line box; give them an inline-block paint box with
  vertical padding and compensating negative margin so the full glyph paints.
- Add the HAL letterform mark as a banner atop the hero, screen-blended so
  its black background drops out over the dark hero, with a soft edge mask.
