Initial commit — Odyssey Works marketing site

Single-page static advisory site: hero, about, why-odyssey, practices,
experience, pipeline, media library (YouTube embeds + press/profiles),
contact, and a keyword chat assistant. Self-hosted fonts + logo; no build step.
