Re-home off GitHub Pages: new bundled site + head metadata

Replaces index.html with the CEO's new single-file bundle and drops the
GitHub Pages CNAME - the site is now served by Caddy from Odyssey Works'
own host.

The export shipped as <title>Bundled Page</title> with no description and
no og/twitter tags, so tabs, Google results and LinkedIn previews were
all broken. Added title, description, canonical and social-card tags;
no visual change to the page.
