8891b0d016 Add support for the flair to be hidden (#1264) 
* Add option to have no flair

In the Docker `envfile`, you can't hide the flair (if the variable is blank, it will use the default, and using a zero-width space as a flair is annoying). So, add a preset in the Python that allows there to be no flair by setting it to `:hidden`

* Fix typo

* Add code to only have one space after the time if there is no flair

* Remove un-needed else

* Reformat file
