david a634f9e56d buyer/scripts: monitor-wallets — AP3X balances of every mainnet operator + on-chain supplier

Reads BUYER_/SUPPLIER_PRIV_KEY_HEX from the 5 mainnet wallets across
vector-marketplace + open-webui via batch-mode ssh (hex never touches
local disk), derives addresses, and queries lovelace via
ReadOnlyOgmiosProvider. Cross-references mp-indexer /suppliers and
labels any on-chain supplier whose pkh isn't an operator wallet as
third-party. Per-role thresholds (--buyer-min, --supplier-min,
defaults 10/3 AP3X) flag LOW operator wallets; exit 1 on any LOW or
ssh/query error.

Run from the buyer workspace: `monitor:wallets [--json] [--buyer-min N] [--supplier-min N]`.
