fix(desktop): correct display_name in content_matches_nip_ap_vector compaction

The sample_persona() refactor in the ratchet commit left out a display_name
override — sample_persona() returns 'Test Persona' but the NIP-AP vector
fixture asserts 'Test Agent'. Add p.display_name = 'Test Agent' alongside
the existing p.id override.
